Henry DeVries is a best-selling author, adjunct professor at the University of California, San Diego, syndicated newspaper columnist and group research director at the New Client Marketing Institute. Through his 25-year marketing and business career Henry has researched specific systems, behaviors and strategies that can launch ordinary professionals, consultants and entrepreneurs into extraordinary success. Denise Bryson, BA, MA

Author

Immediately before joining the New Client Marketing Institute, Denise Bryson was on the front lines of online education and training for Cardean University and UNext.com, where she wrote, edited, directed, and produced MBA course content with faculty from Ivy League institutions. Today, Denise channels her creative energies into building new client generating systems. She holds a double B.A. in Psychology and Communication Arts and a Master's in English and has handled local marketing for the Chicago office of global consulting giant Bain & Company and editorial responsibilities, including co-authoring a book, at the American Medical Association.

   

Jeremy Duimstra

President, Glimpse Interactive

Jeremy specializes in providing Internet marketing and technology coaching to law firms. Jeremy formed his first interactive media company in 1997 while still a student at Michigan State University. Client projects included an e-business initiative for the Amway Corporation, a CD-ROM for the Smithsonian Institution and DVD interfaces for Universal Studios and Dreamworks. Jeremy relocated his business to California in 2000 and focused on providing Internet marketing to professional service firms.

   

Gary Hawk, JD

Gary has served in a senior legal position with a $450-million publicly traded company and as general counsel for a producer and syndicator of law firm television commercials. In his private practice, he represented business clients in a range of legal matters, including litigation, product liability, business organization, estate planning, complex contracts and labor matters. For several years Gary successfully owned and operated a small chain of weight loss franchises in the Midwest and an entrepreneur coaching company in San Diego.

   

Lisa Nirell

Chief Energy Officer of EnergizeGrowth.

She helps professional services firms who struggle to consistently attract profitable clients. Through her research, 25 years of experience, strategy workshops, and highly interactive learning programs, Lisa and her team helped clients secure $83M in new business within just two years. Jim Dunn

Prior to founding Whetstone Group in 1992, Jim Dunn spent 23 years in sales, marketing and training positions with Exxon, Genuine Parts Co. (NAPA), GNB Batteries and Huffy Corporation. He has extensive experience in sales management and marketing at the national level, as well as selling both products and services. Jim is a Certified Sales & Marketing Professional (CSMP) and a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA).

John Schumann

John Schumann is an international sales trainer and a partner in Whetstone Group. He teaches what he learned through 27 years of sales, sales management and training experience in such companies as Johnson and Johnson, PSICOR (acquired by Baxter Laboratories), NOVUS and Coral Therapeutics. He has extensive sales and marketing experience in both large international companies and small entrepreneurial companies.

Nancy S. Juetten, Washington Affiliate

Nancy Juetten, owner of Nancy S. Juetten Marketing, brings more than 15 years of experience as a marketing executive, television producer, and copywriter for companies ranging from Jack in the Box to Fisher Broadcasting to Taco Time. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a marketing emphasis from California State University at Northridge.

Elizabeth McRae, owner of The McRae Agency, earned her public relations accreditation (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America in 1993. She earned a bachelor of science in journalism, with an emphasis in public relations and advertising, and a bachelor of arts degree in marketing from Texas Christian University. She holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix .
